This event is almost like a speed dating session. Where you will be paired with a mentee/mentor and given a few minutes to discuss areas which you can support and what you would want.

Process

• You will be contacted prior to mentoring session speed dating call to find out if you would like to be a mentor or a mentee.
• We will then email you to find out what you expect from the mentoring speed dating session and our mentoring programme post the meeting.
• During the meeting you will be put into break out rooms, where you can meet either another mentee or a mentor. There will be many mentors and mentees so this is a GREAT WAY TO NETWORK!
• After the speed mentor session you will be contacted and paired with a mentor should you wish to have one.
• DBS for our formal Mentors will provided.
• After the mentoring Programme, there will be an awards ceremony for both mentors and mentees.
• Mentees will get a chance to be trained and be a mentor to others (THE CYCLE CONTINUES)

Mentoring usually ranges from £60+ per hour and we are offering it to you FREE of charge. So grab this opportunity before it is too late. You will not regret it.
